If you would like to join the recruit platoon and then onto
one of the other platoons as a Young Marine see the How to Join
section. You can begin this Wednesday for only $35. See your
parents and let them know!

Open House |
|
Information- Open houses provide kids/parents interested
in the Young Marines program an opportunity to get any
questions that you may have answered and meet the current
members of the unit. You will also be able to sign up at the
end of the night. We would love to see you there.Dates - 4/9/2008Time and Location- The Open Houses will be held Saint Peter Church, 6161 Chambersburg Road, Huber Heights, OH 45424. They will run from 5:45pm to 7:45pm. |

Training Dates and Information |

We will be conducting 3 separate classes. To complete the recruit training process,
you are required to complete each of the classes and pass all required tests that
are included within them. Check back soon for each of the dates. |

Training Gear |
|
The recruit will need to purchase & wear or
bring the following items to EVERY training session.
(1) large backpack, pack, or other item capable of storing
all of the following items and that can be carried by the
recruit easily:
(1) grey t-shirt with the recruits name on the back
(1) pair of plain blue jeans - please do not send their best
pair
(1) pair of running shoes
(1) pair of white socks
(1) black ink pen
(1) spiral notebook
The recruit will receive from the unit &
wear or bring the following items to EVERY training session.
(1) canteen with canteen holder
(1) web belt
(1) pair of Young Marine Knowledge Cards
(1) Basic Young Marines Guide Book
